The following documents issued by the U.S. authorities can be authenticated by the Consular Sector of the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in New York
Requirement for authentication
Original document and official translation into Portuguese, both previously notarized authenticated by the Department of Local State and Federal.
Important Notice
All documents in a foreign language (except passport, international vaccination certificate and proof of booking flight and hotel) must first be translated into Portuguese by an official translator.

Terms of responsibility
Term of Responsibility for Travel Authorization for Minors
The under 18 years of Angolan nationality, who are traveling on a parent company, or third parties may only enter or go out of Angola when duly authorized
The travel authorization of the minor consists of the presentation of the Term of Responsibility authorizing the minor to travel.
