Original document and official translation into Portuguese, both previously notarized authenticated by the Department of Local State and Federal.

Terms of responsibility
Term of Responsibility for Travel Authorization for Minors:
The under 18 years of Angolan nationality, who are traveling on a parent company, or third parties may only enter or go out of Angola when duly authorized:
- For a parent.
- For both.
- At legal guardian or guardianship.
The travel authorization of the minor consists of the presentation of the Term of Responsibility authorizing the minor to travel.
