Documents required for registration of death of Angolan citizen:
- Angolan ID document of the deceased
- Death certificate issued by the U.S. authorities
Death certificate issued by the U.S. authorities;
- Certificate of death passed by U.S. authorities
- Certificate from the health department stating that the death did not occur as a result of infectious disease
- Certificate of embalming
- License for the transportation of the remains
- Trip Itinerary
Registration is free of death.
Note: It is compulsory translation into Portuguese of all the above-referenced documents.
